I have now been back on the floor for two weeks. Its been an exciting time. The program I am working at is in its infancy so its a mixture of having a blank canvas, great bones and possibilities. I have been scouring Pinterest, the blogosphere and Etsy for inspiration. I am in the midst of creating a vision for the program. I am dreaming big and will most likely create a strategic plan to achieve those big dreams.
I had hoped to share more about the journey these past two weeks but I have had both writers block and the latest flue. Its also been a busy time as I sit on boards and committees for various projects. I am excited to say the members of OPEN (Outdoor Play Environments Naturally!) have started planning for this years conference! ECEBC Victoria branch will have a website up and running soon. PLAY Victoria has started working on their exciting Child in the City Project. These are exciting times in our profession!
